This is one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. We had the run around for three weeks about scheduling an appointment and every person had a different answer. They worst customer service. !! Waiting over 2 months just to get a refund on defective part. The parts manager has no idea of warranty. The “ warranty “ person he was waiting on to come in took over 3we just to get a refund on defective part. The parts manager has no idea of warranty. Eddie Lopez, was a great friendly sales person who gave us exactly the jeep we wanted. The lady in finance sorry I can't remember her name went above and beyond to work the numbers we wanted. Check out BBB!!!WEBSITE SCAM!Just as others have stated Check out BBB!!! WEBSITE SCAM! Just as others have stated their online purchasing and advertising is totally false. Did an online order, inputting Check out BBB!!! WEBSITE SCAM! Just as others have stated their online purchasing and advertising is totally false. Did an online order, inputting all information they wanted and waited, and waited. Tried contacting online, phone, left messages. They even ran our credit. We didn't hear back so we decided to drive down and see what the problem was and thinking we would be picking up our truck. Well we went in and asked for Brandy the person we had been dealing with online. They passed us on to another sales guy. He then proceeded to say the truck was in the shop and tried to tell us the truck wasn't able to tow and tried to sell us another one!! Then after back and forth and him leaving and telling stories about how the truck was in the shop getting a safety and pictures taken when it already had over 20 images online, the manager Isabel came over and showed us numbers that were outrageous! She was MEAN and basically told us the computer was wrong and I did something to obtain those numbers. More and back and forth and we finally just asked to have our paperwork back and speak with the GM. He finally came over finally after more waiting and told us the computer system is flawed and no way they can do the do and tried to sell it at a higher price. IF YOUR SYSTEM IS WRONG THEN TAKE IT DOWN AND STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME AND RUNNING CREDIT WHEN YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF AGREEING TO WHAT IT STATED! THE DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM PLAIN AND SIMPLE AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED! More
