I came to Hemet CDJR by recommendation. I had Paul lomeli as my sales person and he and his Manager Roxana really worked with me and found a way for me to get my new Ram 2500! I love this truck! Bry lomeli as my sales person and he and his Manager Roxana really worked with me and found a way for me to get my new Ram 2500! I love this truck! Bryce was my Customer Care person and was great in showing me how my truck functions work! So far a great experience with Hemet CDJR and we will see when it is service time how things go! More

Not very friendly during my purchase except for the finance guy. The vibe felt secretive and it felt like I was constantly being lied to. Other than fighting to reduce the price with the sales manager, I sat alone waiting at a desk while the staff ran around and joked with eachother. Just not very welcoming or friendly. In the end I was able to get a great deal because I'm good with numbers and demanded to see what I was paying for. I felt like they move numbers but I had to beat the shell game and small print. I love my new truck and the price I paid but I sure had to work for it. More
Hemet CDJR is the only place that has serviced this 2012 RAM since new. 1. At 100,255 mi. Aug. 2019 the 23 point inspection said Rear Brake Linings - "Yellow". Now, at 109,723 mi. April 1, 2021 the tech r RAM since new. 1. At 100,255 mi. Aug. 2019 the 23 point inspection said Rear Brake Linings - "Yellow". Now, at 109,723 mi. April 1, 2021 the tech reported - "Green". I question whether he even did the 23 point inspection. 2. I always look under the hood when I get home from service. This time the cap from the container of Anti-freeze used to refill the cooling system after the flush was laying on top of the engine cowl. 3. The tech's reported recommendation was to have the thermostat and the upper & lower radiator hosed replaced. Excuse me, a little late for that isn't it? I'll have it done next time (at 115,000 mi.) but does that mean another charge to flush and refill the coolant system? More
