They damaged our brand new truck before we even took delivery, then took 3 weeks to fix it. While the truck was at the body shop, they gave me a vehicle that they had just taken in on trade the night be delivery, then took 3 weeks to fix it. In this day of COVID, that is simply unacceptable! Then, the sales person lied to my face. When I asked him about warranty on the repairs of the damages, he said it was covered under our basic warranty, which just isn’t true. More

I am absolutely disappointed with the service department!! The technician that SAID he looked at my car yesterday must not care about the safety of the people that purchase their vehicles from yo department!! My car is still under warranty and I had a few items that needed looked into., first of all before even looking at my car the girl up front said that one of the issues I had was kind of weird that it was a rodent that damaged my wires, well she was wrong but how convenient that the service tech came right out and said oh it's a rodent that chewed your wires, their both full of crap. If my wires were damaged due to a rodent then why is my wiper still working. Second he said my high beams were operating as they should be, well he was very wrong again if he would have taken the time to actually turn them on he would have noticed that one is pointing to the sky and the other one is pointing out left field somewhere. And finally I don't believe he even looked at the third issue and he just told me that it was broken that it was not a warranty issue everything that was wrong with my car was under warranty . He did not want to fix it. I took it to another dealer and he told me that it was going to be a few hours to fix my high beams that they were not working properly. So with all that being said I will never ever purchase another vehicle from Hemet Dodge dealer ever and seeing that we purchased our last two vehicles from them..... I'm a fool! So if you're looking for safety from these people I would go somewhere else because they do not care about your safety at all and if you have a warranty on your car I wouldn't take it to Hemet Dodge either cuz they're going to find every way they can not to fix your vehicle that is under warranty. More
