I bought the car on 12/13/2020 and it started making a noise with 2-3 weeks with only 600 something miles on it. As i was on my way to bring the car in to find out what the noise was, the driver front win noise with 2-3 weeks with only 600 something miles on it. As i was on my way to bring the car in to find out what the noise was, the driver front window stopped working. When i got to the dealership Valentino came out to help and i told him everything that was wrong with the car. He calls me about 3 days after and says that they have to order a part for my window and that it would be there January 11th and that I’ll get a called when it comes in. After that he told me to come pick up the car and to bring it back when to part comes in. I then ask well what about the noise my car is making he told me that we test drove it and was not able to hear the noise i then told him i had videos of the noise it is making that you can clearly hear. I sent him the videos and he told me he was going to show them to the mechanic. He then called me back 2days after and said we can’t hear the noise you explained to us. I went to pick up my car and the next day made and appointment for cdjr in Moreno Valley. I explained everything aging to then and they figured out what the problem was and i also showed them the videos and they clearly heard the problem. Today is January 24th and i still haven’t received a call that i was supposed to get on the 11th about the part for my window. But i will not be going back to your dealership for any more problems. Unless my car gets to a point where i have to lemon it. The car started having problems with the first 3weeks of me having it. More
