Took my Durango in for a routine oil change. Jessica was great as always. I was taken care of earlier than my appointment time. I even got my car back earlier than promised. Only problem, I was told my great as always. I was taken care of earlier than my appointment time. I even got my car back earlier than promised. Only problem, I was told my car got scratched by accident. They would cover cost, however they said I would be called when their loaner car comes available. (It was out with another customer). :/ More
