Brought my keep in to resolve a check engine light. Had to leave the vehicle for two weeks. After having $2,000 worth of services done, the CEL come back after only driving 50 miles. When dropping off the car originally the service advisor didn’t seem to care to learn the history of the vehicle from the owner. He preferred to charge me a diagnostic fee and have the dealer find out what was wrong without having any backstory of what I have done to the vehicle. More often than not I was the one that had to contact the dealer to find out status of my vehicle. Felt that the advisor was only interested in up selling more services. I will fully admit that some of these services were valid, but others I feel that I was being taken advantage of. Just wanted to get my vehicle back and will find another place for my future service needs. More
