I don't give bad reviews but this time I am pretty dissapointed, I had my Jeep that I just bought brought back to the dealership because it had scratches, paint chips in the hood and the usb wasn't wo dissapointed, I had my Jeep that I just bought brought back to the dealership because it had scratches, paint chips in the hood and the usb wasn't working. I was told it would take 3 days, the Jeep was dropped off on Friday, I got a call Monday that the paint job was don't they just needed to detail and fix the usb. A couple days went by and I tried to get a hold of someone because the lady that took in my car wasn't with the company anymore, I get it, stuff happens. But 3 weeks I finally got my car back, every time I called I was told they didn't know the status I would get a call back, I never got a call back and they never knew the status after 2 weeks I started to call every day, and it wasn't until I told the guy I was talking to that the girl said the paint job was done all it needed was the usb and detail did he finally call me back the next day and say it would be ready that Friday. I get things happen, I'm pretty patient and understanding. BUT THEN... i get a call asking about my service I still don't complain but tell him the usb is still not working and I can't bring it in right away because I live 2 hours away. He tell me I can take it to a local dealership to get fixed, I say cool and hang up. He then calls me back saying the part for the usb to my car is not installed and I will have to bring it back again!!!! This is insane, a brand new car and all this time back and forth and the work isn't even getting done after sitting there for 3 WEEKS. Not too happy about this! I was told by leo I wouldn't have to leave it they would fix it in the spot. Pretty bummed More

Service is always good Diego is the best now they are saying it's a update I have to wait on to fix my electronic issue so I'm waiting for themthey are working on getting an update.
