Very disappointed, won't be returning to this dealership. Didn't want to take vehicle in for service said nothing was wrong with the brakes without even looking at the car. This was never discussed when dropped off. Advisor valentino was not professional and feel I was treated poorly. Every time I have been there it has been very unorganized, people always looking for keys, lot boys joking around while driving customer cars, i have nothing positive to say but hopefully the can get things turned around for the sake of the business. I made Set appointment. Was given 2 1/2 hour estimate. Car was done in that exact time. Uber was 5 minutes.
