I got a price on True Car that they would not honor without adding on 4000 in aftermarket accessories: KAR security KART GPS KART finishing touch and nitrogen fill. Well on the test drive I asked D’Angelo if this truck was capable of remote start from the iPhone app like my friend has and he told me yes come to find out this truck does not have Uconnect access on it and it’s not capable of remote start. I am not familiar with Dodge products or you connect I rely on the sales person to answer my questions and not sell me what I don’t wany. They advertise this truck has 0% financing for 72 months I called down and spoke with Eddie and asked him three times if this particular truck was one of the select vehicles there was eligible for 0% for 72 months and he told me yes I go down to the dealership and in fact it is not available for 0% for 72 months I have almost 800 credit score. Every time I call the dealership it rings forever or someone picks up and hangs up without saying anything or they tell me someone will call me back which never happens. The price of the vehicles might be aggressively priced but everything else about this dealership is horrible including the customer service and lies lies lies the only reason why I purchased from them is because of the price of the vehicle but there’s many other issues I wish I would’ve bought somewhere else so that I could have the remote start capability on this truck like I wanted. More
Excellent caring, helpful , dedicated Chrysler service department employees. They do there utmost to make sure your wises as a customer are taken care of. This has been made even harder with Covid-19 lim department employees. They do there utmost to make sure your wises as a customer are taken care of. As an at risk person with someone at home who is at super high risk I was relieved that this Chrysler Dealership places such a high standard on Covid-19 testing for their employees this tells me that you real care about your customers and are doing all you can in these trying times. I went in to have my sunroof put back on track but it turned out it leaked need to be replaced. I also had somebody trim replaced. The glass was all smudgy because the workers did not change their gloves. As well as extra fingerprints on the seat and around the head liner. It would’ve also been nice if they caught the defective replacement glass before having me come down to pick it up. Saving me a second trip. More

We have never received worse service anywhere. We brought our Town and Country to you with an intermittent transmission problem. We were told that it would take two to three days to look at it. After several unanswered phone calls and a voicemail to our service Advisor Jessica Gonzalez, we had to drive out to you to find out what was going on. We were told that the best thing to do was a transmission service. A few days later we were told that they found debris in the pan ant that a disassembly was recommended and we had to authorize a $1200 charge. We agreed. After another week with no update we again drove out to you because no one would answer the phone. After you having the van for fourteen days, we asked that the van be returned to us. The van was brought right up to us which told us that you were not doing anything with it. It drove home ok and we parked it in the driveway for the night. When we went to use it the next day it would not start and ther wea a three foot long transmission fluid stain on the driveway. We contemplated calling you but the experience was so bad that we had ot towed to our local transmission shop. Just received the report, dead cell in the battery and the transmission pan gasket was not applied correctly. I can not express strongly enough how bad the service and communication was that we received from Hemet Chrysler. You will never see us again for anything. We will give you the review you earned on every platform we can find. More
Trying to put together a deal via email but they have NOT been very attentive. I send email replies and I don't get another response. Either they don't want to deal with you via email (want you in the dealership so they can wear you down into taking a bad deal) or, are inept. at working with folks electronically. Not sure at this point whether I'll work any further with this dealership. With COVID kicking our butts, I'm not about to go and spend 3-6 HOURS being exposed while they beat me up for a deal. Down side is they have a few cars I would no doubt purchase. No people listed below in the sales dept have I worked with. Last name was Reed. More
