Upon entering the service area, there were three people at their stations, one woman immediately inside the entrance, another in the middle and a man on the end. No one lifted their heads, made a sign at their stations, one woman immediately inside the entrance, another in the middle and a man on the end. No one lifted their heads, made a sign of recognition or welcome. I asked the the first woman for an employee named Brianna, she stated she had no such employee. I was sorry and she waved at the two other people, saying either of them can help you. At this a second couple came in and walked up to the woman in the middle who began to help them. I walked to the end and stood in front of the man's workstation. He made no sign of seeing me. When he did look up he waved me over to the middle woman and said, "she can help you". So I waited. The woman in the middle is Jessica, she was very good. The other two, not so much, but then I was interrupting their very important activities; wasn't I? More

Amaray Cordero in your Admin Dept handles herself like a manager. She takes pride in her expertise and it shows when she speaks with her customers. She helped me get my Due Bill corrected as she did not have any paperwork to go by with your Dealership and set up an appointment with Line-X. They took my truck in right away and did an outstanding job for the spraying liner. The owner to Line-X Alex Martinez said nothing but good reviews about Amaray and how she helped build the relationship between Line-X and DCH CJDR for getting the sprayed in bedliners.
