Dealership falsely advertises a lower price than what is actually offered for their vehicles. They surprise you with an additional 4K in preinstalled dealership options costs once you inquire about a car. S actually offered for their vehicles. They surprise you with an additional 4K in preinstalled dealership options costs once you inquire about a car. So if the price looks too good to be true, it is! No customer should be deceived in this manner. When I asked their team about these added costs, they simply never called me back. Must be difficult to explain yourself out of a deceiving and poor business practice. To the ownership and management team, if you are going to take the liberty to add 4K in preinstalled "options" to make your money, then please have the decency to be transparent with the price advertised. To anyone shopping for a car there, CALL AND ASK ABOUT THIS BEFORE YOU HEAD OVER. Have a good day! More

Got screwed when it was time to sign papers. Women in finance never wore a mask, my car already needs struts because they’ve been leaking which means this car was NOT inspected for butting in the lot. They NEVER called when parts were in, to make and appt or remind of an appt.!!!!! More
We dropped off our truck the night prior to the service appointment, the appointment was for Thursday. The service department did not call us after the diagnosis on Thursday, they did not call us Frida appointment, the appointment was for Thursday. The service department did not call us after the diagnosis on Thursday, they did not call us Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. We called Friday, the receptionist told us that our service advisor was now on vacation and has not left word as to whom was now handling our truck. She said she would find and and call us back, she did not call back on Friday, so we called on Saturday to find out what was going on. Another receptionist told us that the service advisor now assigned to our truck was also out on a few days off! She had no update for us, nor could a service advisor be located to speak with us. She promised that a service advisor would call Monday morning. No call from them on Monday morning, so we called again and was told by a receptionist to pick up the truck as there were no problems found, we asked to hear this from a service advisor, so she transferred us to another service adviser. That service advisor looked into the service record of our truck and saw no mention that the truck was to be released, nor was there any information listed on our truck. She said that she would have another service advisor call us back to figure this all out. No callback that day, so the next Morning, Tuesday we called insisting to speak to the correct advisor. We were again told that our advisor will not be back until Wednesday and to call back the next day. So, Wednesday morning comes, we call and are told that our advisor will call us back. An advisor finally called us back late Wednesday afternoon. He told us that they found nothing wrong with our truck and we should pick it up; all this over almost 7 days! We picked up the truck Wednesday evening, when they pulled the truck around it was covered in dust and dirt, that had not even washed it! We could tell that the guy that brought the truck around was embarrassed by it not bring washed. So, we took our truck and just left. This dealer’s service department does not even deserve one star. We have never had a worse experience in our lives. More
My appointment was with Jessica, but she was out that day. Another young lady helped me and she had no business cards and I didn't see her name tag.
