Totally disrespectful employees. They don’t care about customer. I was there for buy car after test drive we were in the help desk. Than we try to go with another car . Again dhe print the paper and went to manager cabin and she never come back . After 30 min one man come to our desk and he said now he gonna help us. He was doing same as the another lady was doing. We decided to leave. Even they don’t care about customer. I never seen sales department like that . I sill suggest don’t go there . I called to schedule a service for an accessorie to be put onto my Ram 1500 Truck after purchasing this vehicle back on 8.14.2020 and was told by the sales rep Veronica Lujan that the Service Department w put onto my Ram 1500 Truck after purchasing this vehicle back on 8.14.2020 and was told by the sales rep Veronica Lujan that the Service Department would be in touch with me within two weeks after my purchase. No one from HEMET CDJR called so I reached out to the Service Department and Amaray Cordero answered the phone to assist me. She asked for the paper work Due Bill and anything showing that work was to be completed since the Finance Department, Tim Hoey dropped the ball and did not provide them with any. I emailed the info to Amaray and she set up the appointment with Line-X in Temecula to have them provide the Spray in Bedliner on Sept. 18th. Amaray has gone above and beyond cleaning up the mistakes by the Finance Department for not providing the required paperwork for the work to be dont on my truck. Also, Amaray had set up a ride with Uber so that I can go to a diner to sit for 4 hours while the work in being performed on the truck. I would like to commend Amaray for being very proffessional and taking charge of the situation to make the correction and providing exceptional customer service to her customer, me! She put's her customers first and that is what I like about Hemet CDJR and their employees. Kudo's Amaray for being a friendly but proffessional and taking care of your Customers! More

My parts were ordered in June after not hearing back I called they had ordered the wrong parts. After 2 months without an answer I scheduled Redlands to order my parts , I had to go to Hemet to get my old called they had ordered the wrong parts.
