My parts were ordered in June after not hearing back I called they had ordered the wrong parts. After 2 months without an answer I scheduled Redlands to order my parts , I had to go to Hemet to get my old called they had ordered the wrong parts. Great customer service from both Jessica and Diego. Also really enjoyed the free uber service to my home and back. However, Upon arrival there was a line to get into the service department with cars parked really enjoyed the free uber service to my home and back. However, Upon arrival there was a line to get into the service department with cars parked on both sides which made it very difficult to move out of oncoming vehicle’s way. Also took around 20 minutes just to checkin my vehicle which felt too long. It seemed very unorganized. I felt the service techs could do a better job also. My vehicle had grease prints on top of hood. Also the fluids where not topped off. The rear diffIdentical oil was changed along with some axle work, and when I looked at the rear differential it was covered in oil or grease. I think they could have at least cleaned it up a bit. After paying $3700 for maintenance and repairs, I figured my vehicle would have been washed prior to me picking it up, but I was told it’s only by request. I requested it on the spot and when I got my vehicle back it was still completely saturated with water. I ended up having to dry the vehicle myself. This was my first time taking my vehicle to this dealership, and I was very disappointed with my experience. I would go back only if I had to such as for a recall service or something similar. More

Trying to sell us a 2018 car that had many problems that she lied about to cover it up so we would be dealing with it at the end! Yeah no thank you. Not sure why she still a sales “closer” really bad attitudes and her 3 people help her cover up her lies and mistakes! Which is really bad for the business!! Promote Vanessa instead! She had plan A and B, it barely took us 2 hours verse with Isabell.. she took all day to waste our day plus two weeks lying and ignoring our calls. Vanessa And Jose we’re friendly, fast, and on point! They helps us figure out the issue and solved it! We went home with a new 2020 jeep Cherokee trailhawk instead of a used 2018 Jeep Compass with almost 60,000 miles in it!
