I called in months ago for an appointment for recalls and never was contacted back. I finally called back in and was scheduled an appointment. The staff was not friendly... not rude but not welcoming either never was contacted back. I finally called back in and was scheduled an appointment. It is very close quarters we did not feel comfortable. We did not get a call or told a time to pick up the car. I called at 5:05 and was transferred and put on hold for 22 minutes before being told I could go and pick up my car oh and that they closed at 6. My husband and I had nothing nice to say when we left. We were just happy that the repairs were finally completed after months and months of waiting. More

Took the vehicle over for the same reason 3 times and they didn't repair the vehicle right. Vehicle was also detailed before we took it over, after we picked the vehicle up it had been parked in a dirt they didn't repair the vehicle right.
