Very deceptive dealer.....If this allowed me to negative stars I would, except for the fact that the salesman who helped us was a nice guy who seemed to care, that doesn't make up for the rest so I guess on stars I would, except for the fact that the salesman who helped us was a nice guy who seemed to care, that doesn't make up for the rest so I guess one star is right.....we bought a car from this dealer and initially the prices seemed great.....then we discovered that a MANDATORY set of dealer add-ons were a part of the price adding 4,000. The contract to these items all say they ARE NOT required to purchase a vehicle....I guess the dealer has the right to not sell you the car if you don't want the options but that seems like a chicken or the egg situation.....we liked the car and weren't in the best credit range so we accepted what we were getting, agreed on a figure....we get into finance and we're told we'd be getting a better apr then we were told and a bundle of extras we had to get for that apr.....for some reason we were under the impression the loan amount was the same with this, we were shown the loan amount and it was higher then we thought but we weren't fully paying attention and that's our fault.....maybe being at the dealer for 6 hours fried our brains because of course that's not the case.....we get home and go through the documents and find, extended warranties, maintenance plan, and gap were added to our loan, increasing also our payment which we made clear needed to be a certain amount to make the deal and come to discover they manipulated us into a HIGHER payment...I say that because we were told an estimated monthly payment that was higher then what we ended up with.....and that was before we knew about the added extended warranties ect ,.....we went in to cancel what we could by right of the contract and they were extremely rude and claiming our apr would go back up and "they helped us out with that", yeah real snakes, then we were told the nitro tires were not cancelable EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A DOCUMENT THAT SAYS WE CAN CANCEL AFTER THE FACT WITHIN 30 DAYS, they flat out refused to cancel that, so we could pursue legal action and sue them and win if we wanted to......our sales guy Jerry needs to leave that snake pit and go to a reputable dealer...DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE More
