Had a warranty issue with my ram. Your other store could not resolve the issue after two weeks. I called Hemet Dodge Service and Leo told me to call Tim. I setup an appointment, they got me a rental car and not resolve the issue after two weeks. I called Hemet Dodge Service and Leo told me to call Tim. Jerry was the guy who helped me and he was cool he even gave me a hat that I wanted from the gift shop but other than Him The other people wasn’t welcoming at all the manager lady Shana was very snobby and gave me a hat that I wanted from the gift shop but other than Him The other people wasn’t welcoming at all the manager lady Shana was very snobby and Had an arrogant Demeanor The car I came all the way there for I didn’t leave with Because they had lost the keys and the vehicle had other damage but I will say I did get a car although I don’t care for it, and I was able to reestablish credit I also think that played a factor in the service that I got my credit being bad but I was aware of that and was willing to pay how ever much to get something I wanted The car wasn’t even properly sanitize it had dog hair all in the backseat a tiny crack on the windshield and The material by the gearshift is lifted all the way up but I’m going to establish my credit and next time maybe I will have more leverage because no matter how much money you’re willing to put down they make you feel very discouraged When you don’t have good credit I drove two hours to the dealership because I thought I was getting a good deal Communicated with them for two weeks before coming and still was there for five hours to leave and something that I’m totally not satisfied with but this is a lesson for me.
