The People Are Nice My daughter and I had an appointment for 1:30 and Jesse was assigned to us. He was the first nice person who worked with us the six and a half hours we were there (this was my daughter's first car purchase from a dealership and she was trying to get the loan on her own). We also got to work a little with one of the management staff members, Jose. Finally, that first visit we worked with Shana in Finance. The car my daughter wanted was actually a trade-in and hadn't been processed and prepped yet, so, we had to come back two days later to pick up, and we got to see Jesse again and finalize with Jesus in Finance. Oh, the only reason I didn't give the dealership 5 stars: their phones were JACKED up! I tried calling over and over, using both my cell phone AND the landline phone at home to verify the availability of the car we saw on the website, but the calls kept getting dropped! We finally got through and made the appointment for 1:30. Then, the next day, we realized there were some mistakes on the financial documents, so I tried again to call, and it wasn't quite as bad as the previous day--so maybe it was just a fluke?? More
