For being a major label dealership it was ran like a for sale by owner off craigslist. If I could give you zero stars I would. Not only did you not honor the online marketed price of the vehicle I purchased sale by owner off craigslist. If I could give you zero stars I would. Not only did you not honor the online marketed price of the vehicle I purchased but it took you 4 weeks to swap fluids and install a door handle. I purchased the car cash and you're rookie salesmen Tony was not good at his job and kept pushing to pull my credit. I was an out of state buyer and he was as not equipped to handle this type of transaction and had someone else close us. Management should consider taking his commission. He lacks professionalism, customer service and follow through. I still would’ve given you a 3 or 4 star but here’s where you really dropped the ball. The vehicle was delivered with no interior or exterior detail as there was child prints all over the windows inside the car and sticky sidings. I paint chip repair as promised. Despite Tony’s name all over the contracts they sent a different salesmen Hector across state lines to endorse the contract which I’m pretty sure is not compliant. He purposely chicken scratched the signatures. I paid for title and registration in AZ and you did it in California not Arizona which forced me to purchase it again despite being part of the sales price. You had me drive home from the boarder with no plates or copy of contract due to lack of experience or care. I waited 4 weeks for the door handle and it still wasn’t functioning. Tony and some other made fabricated manager promised me they would pay for the repair as I threatened to cancel the check and drive the car back. I took it to a real mechanic who properly installed it. We lifted the car and to our surprise found a oily and filthy under carriage. Some 100 point inspection and service. Please follow through and reimburse me for the door handle I had to pay to have installed like you said you would. I can’t count on Tony or management because nobody picks up a phone or replies text or emails. If I don’t hear back I’m sharing my experience on google, yelp, bbb, cfpb, your warehouse lines, Facebook, Instagram pretty much anything that will get your attention. I will say your dmv rep Marjory was the only person who was helpful, had customer service and follow through. She deserves Tony’s commission. As a mortgage broker I finance about 18 transactions a month which are way more strenuous then a same day transaction and still update my clients weekly with customer service. From a real sales person to another I had a horrible experience, I would never recommend your dealership and hated working with Tony for many reasons. More

Tried to sell us a package we didn’t want and a a warranty we didn’t need. Car was still dirty on the inside after being told it was detailed. Air filter was vacuumed out instead of replaced.
