Great service, Tony the salesperson was nice, however this dealer advertises prices that they have no intention to sell the vehicle for. They add on paint treatment and car alarm tracking system that can this dealer advertises prices that they have no intention to sell the vehicle for. They add on paint treatment and car alarm tracking system that cannot be removed, and this additional cost is not included in the advertised price. Any price threy advertise is increased over 3k. It's a bit deceptive IMO. More

Kevin was a personable and friendly sales representative, I have been looking for a 2020 Rubicon four-door for several months. After seen their online ad and sale price immediately called and made an appoint I have been looking for a 2020 Rubicon four-door for several months. After seen their online ad and sale price immediately called and made an appointment.. after about 35 minutes of discussion it appeared they were not going to honor the sale price on the ad. But with his help they did honor the price I drove out a happy customer. Great job and thanks for honoring your advertise sale price. when we’re ready for the wife to get a new car I’ll be back to see you again Kevin thanks again. More

I told them I was disappointed and wanted to bring back the vehicle since I did not own but was told I was “UNGRATEFUL AND UNDER APPRECIATED” as Tim would say when I told them I want to bring back the vehicle FOR SURE AT THAT POINT.. This is not the way to handle customer service AT ALL. I would’ve walked walked away and came back when things were right and aligned BUT, after being told that I will NEVER bring business in nor recommend it. Jason from Nissan is a great addition to a team but, definitely should be placed at another dealership as this dealership is not worth his time. I will no longer be recommending this dealership to anyone.. my family (previous customers who purchased and service vehicles there) WILL NO LONGER provide business. Matt (Manager) initially was okay.. but, soon I was left at a table forever! And then it was like forgotten about when signing release of vehicle.. like DID NOT CARE AT ALL.. soo I walked away at the end no vehicle , disappointed and definitely seeing real side of people.. Friendly sales staff, extremely poor service dept. The staff that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful on the sales end of it. Unfortunately when I was negotiating the price, I was adamant about The staff that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful on the sales end of it. Unfortunately when I was negotiating the price, I was adamant about not wanting the finish touch spray, they claimed it was already on the vehicle, so they would not be able to deduct that from the price. A week after my purchase, I was called by the service dept to schedule an appointment for the Finish touch spray. I explained to them that I was told the work had already been done before my purchase, they confirmed that the work was in fact not done. I scheduled the appointment and dropped of the vehicle. When I came back to pick up the Jeep I noticed that the Jeep was severely scratched, as if they did not wash the vehicle before they clay bared it. This is when I came in contact with the service manager Tim Safley. Tim was very polite and professional, confirmed that the damage was done by the technicians, and offered a solution to do a complete detail of the vehicle to remove the surface scratches on the paint, and if I was not happy with it he would send it to a Body shop. After the Detail job was done, I inspected the vehicle. They did do a good job polishing the Jeep, but it was diffidently not at 100%. I was told by Tim and someone other than Tim in the service dept that "it's black, its going to happen anyways" but the facts of the situation are this; my vehicle was given back to me in worse condition then when I dropped it off, and on top of that paid them to do it, even after I was adamant about not wanting it on the sale of the vehicle. I paid nearly $900 for them to scratch my car. Tim offered another solution of having me take it to someone else to detail it and he would reimbursed me the cost, but the offer to send it to the body shop was not on the table. What I would like, is to be refunded the cost of the Finish touch spray because I don’t not think it is fair to pay someone to scatch a brand new $50k car and I do not have the ability to take time off of work to take of this. I wish I would stop receiving emails reminding me that I made a mistake by finally buying my dream car (Rubicon) at the Hemet Chrysler Dodge dealership. I should have gone elsewhere. I refinanced days after purchasing from Hemet Chrysler dodge in order to be done With them and I keep getting email after email. Worst car buying experience EVER, Shawna in finance is the main reason I’ll never use the hemet dealership EVER again. My vehicle will be serviced anywhere but there. Then you have Parker who works with the audit department and called to try and collect $556 dollars which in my opinion was the dealerships mistake, they informed me at the time of signing the contract that the license and registration was included and no payments were due for 45 days, ten days later Parked calls and is also rude and demanding I pay, I informed her I would need time to look at my contract since I was at work and not home or near my contract . She was rude, kept cutting me off and said “I’ll be collecting this eventually” I asked her to not contact me unless it was via email, I wanted no verbal contact with her and wanted every conversation to be documented . She later emailed me threatening legal action which was unnecessary and caused additional stress I didn’t need to deal with. Eventually we made payment arrangements for the $556 since I had just put large down payment , I wanted to be done with her, Shawna and the dealership in hemet and here we are again with yet another email! How many times do I have to ask to not be contacted and unsubscribe??? eventually Parker called (which I clearly asked her not to call me ever again) to inform me they’d be refunding the payment I had made towards the license and registration. She even told me “oh I’m sorry, I wasn’t supposed to call” I think that was her last slap in my face. Never in my life have I had such a horrible buying experience, from the wrong car being brought out for the test drive after I gave them the VIN # twice, once when I called to schedule the test drive and again when I arrived at the dealership, to agreeing and shaking hands( with Jose) on a set monthly payment and Shawna coming up with a totally different number then being rude when we corrected her, even after Jose (sales man) came in and confirmed what we had told her, I just really want to be done with being reminded of the whole experience. If you’re looking to purchase a car don’t make the mistake of driving to hemet and using this dealership, if you do you’ll see what I mean by Shawna’s fake “warm” approach then as soon as the last document is signed being completely done with you, literally turning her chair around and giving me and my partner her back. More
