We had a very disappointing experience buying our new car. The dealership took 2 weeks to process the buyout on our trade in vehicle. Somehow, we ended up making 2 months of payments AFTER we had traded car. The dealership took 2 weeks to process the buyout on our trade in vehicle. Somehow, we ended up making 2 months of payments AFTER we had traded that car in, and neither the dealership nor the financial institution would do anything about it. Each one blamed the other, so we overpaid around $1100, and no resolution in sight. The dealership said they’d look into it, but we never heard back. I wouldn’t do business with them again. More

The clerk who worked with and checked me out was great. The 23-point inspection indicated I needed to have the air filter changed. I asked that that be done along with a couple other things.
