Biggest Hassle Ever I want to start off by saying that I indeed purchased a vehicle from this dealership however it was not easy, at all. I had a very early appt and t I want to start off by saying that I indeed purchased a vehicle from this dealership however it was not easy, at all. I had a very early appt and the sales member who was supposed to assist me did not get to the dealership until an hour and a half after our appt time - they showed up with a starbucks coffee in hand. It seems as if this dealership is OK with making their customers wait for hours upon hours to purchase a vehicle; I looked around the dealership to see if I was the only person becoming inpatient (at this point I had already been at the dealership for about 4 or 5 hours and my credit still had not been checked) and every single person being helped (or not helped, actually) had the same look of "can I just buy my vehicle and leave?" on their face. I spent a total of 8 hours at this dealership, which easily could have been a fraction of that time as I walked in to this dealership ready to buy the car at the price listed; I was probably the easiest customer this dealership has ever seen yet they decided to bust my xxxxx for 8 hours. At the end of the deal, once everything had been signed the staff were scrambling to figure out how to "remove the dealership security alarm" on my newly purchased car which took an additional 30 minutes. It was as if this was the first time this dealership had ever sold a car in their entire history. TL;DR? I spent a lot of unnecessary time at this dealership and staff was not helpful at all and made this purchasing experience awful and a lot harder and longer than it was supposed to be. I would NOT recommend coming to this dealership - yes, I am saying that even though I purchased a vehicle from them. P.S. the people who "helped" me through out the day are not listed so I am unable to attach them to this review. More
