Where do I begin? I scheduled an appointment online and input all of my details, to include a trade in and a 10 am arrival. Upon arrival, Pablo, our “salesman,” had to find the vehicle as he wasn’t prepare input all of my details, to include a trade in and a 10 am arrival. Upon arrival, Pablo, our “salesman,” had to find the vehicle as he wasn’t prepared. After our 8 minute test drive, due to Pablo not knowing the area, we head inside to talk numbers as we knew this was the vehicle we were searching for. While waiting for the finance department, our salesman gave the keys to the vehicle we were buying to another salesman so he could chauffeur other customers around. Not only was this irritating, as we wanted the vehicle with 8 miles not 13, but the car was gone for close to an hour. We went to the dealership to see the car, not the lobby. Very difficult to wrap your head around spending 40k when you can’t even view the vehicle in depth. Now for the numbers! The disconnect between finance and sales couldn’t be greater. Our salesman, Pablo, conveniently flew away and said he would come back (never did) and a lady sat down. No introduction, just started spewing figures at us like we were old friends. Not a big deal until she told us condescendingly that she would teach me how this process goes. News flash, not my first purchase from a dealership, but rather my worst. She ended up actually giving a smile when we said yes. For my girlfriend, this day was supposed to be a joyous one but rather ended on a negative note. Upon leaving , Pablo gave us the keys and said “see ya guys.” Well thanks for taking care of the customers. No walk around or introduction to the vehicle? For a dealership that prides itself on customer service, you might want to research other dealerships that can actually accommodate their customers. More
