I’m leasing a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee X and to start I live over an hour away from the dealership. When I got home after getting the Jeep we noticed that all rims had a lock on them. I looked for the lock live over an hour away from the dealership. When I got home after getting the Jeep we noticed that all rims had a lock on them. I looked for the lock and it was not in the vehicle. I called and spoke to the salesman about it and he never responded. I had to call the dealership and speak to someone else about it. They ended up mailing me a key for the locks after a few days. Second thing was we agreed to a payment and when the first statement arrived it was $5 more than what was agreed to and written on the contract. I called and they said there’s nothing they can do because they decided to type N/A on our garaging address. So when the correct address was put in the system the taxes went up a point which raised the monthly payment. More
Go Somewhere Else I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, without the sales manager disclosing, the final sale price of the vehicle end I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, without the sales manager disclosing, the final sale price of the vehicle ended up thousands more due to add-ons that I never authorized. Now, I am in an upside down car loan because the CDJR sales staff did not disclose the full details to me. To add insult to injury, the vehicle is an electric hybrid model and originally comes equipped with a charging cable. I was told by Ernie Galante, that he would take the time to locate the charging cable, and, if he couldn't find it, he would purchase a new one. After two weeks of back and forth phone messaging, no surprise, I don't have the car charging cable. I don't even want to drive the vehicle due to this bad experience that comes to mind everytime I get in it. Bottom line: save yourself some money and alot of frustration, and go somewhere else to purchase your next vehicle. More
