Over booked. Waited to long. I made an appointment for a basic oil change. Had to wait a week for an opening which was fine. When i got there I was told the service department was overbooked and it would take 2 hours. After 2 hours I went and checked on my truck and was told it was still up on the rack and it would be 15 min more. After 40 more min I went and checked and it was sitting outside but no one had called me. My time is important to me but you did not seem to care. This is unacceptable. More
