I had a great experience with this dealership! They got my car fixed in much less time than the other dealerships I have dealt with and they were pleasant to work with. Diego kept in contact with me and ev my car fixed in much less time than the other dealerships I have dealt with and they were pleasant to work with. Scheduling and service department is never on the same page. They tell you to bring in your vehicle for service same day and when checking in they seem confuse like they had no idea that you had a appoint page. Nice, but not efficient My wife took my tuck in for a recall repair. The light was on for low tire pressure so she asked them to check the tire pressure and air the tires. It My wife took my tuck in for a recall repair. The light was on for low tire pressure so she asked them to check the tire pressure and air the tires. It was put on the work order but wasn't done. When she picked the truck up she noticed the light was still on and the tire pressure was the same as when she dropped it off but she didn't have time to go back in to deal with it so she called them. She was forwarded to the voicemail of the service writer she worked with. She left a message and never received a response back. Poor customer service and their service department either doesn't read their work orders or didn't care. More
