Ernie is horrible! Not only did he fail to return my calls after his employees (Isabel) were rude and failed to show up for an appointment to show me a vehicle, Ernie had the nerve to tell me that the J calls after his employees (Isabel) were rude and failed to show up for an appointment to show me a vehicle, Ernie had the nerve to tell me that the Jeep I was interested in was only available at the advertised sale price, ONLY if I purchased $3,900.00 worth of accessories/options that were not installed on the Jeep. This is not only unethical but a violation of CA law. This guy lives up to the reputation of a "typical car sales person." The only reason I gave him 1 star was because there was not an option to rate him at 0 stars! More
