Sales and financial departments are a sham Negotiations were great on price until I went into finance room. The guy printed the sales contract with an additional 4,500 in additional items to co Negotiations were great on price until I went into finance room. The guy printed the sales contract with an additional 4,500 in additional items to cover the money I negotiated off the price. I immediately asked about this so the contract was printed. There was still the additional items. Needless to say sales messed up and finance did too. They bought my van first, printed new plates, then did the sales contract last. At that point I said this is not the deal and I do not have to buy truck. Since things were done out of order dealership was SOL and they were very rude after that. A new contract was drafted, tossed across the table to me, and I was told to sign all items. The best part was when the finance guy said he has thick skin and has worked here for 18+ years and is just ready to go home. Once paperwork was completed I was handed the keys and sent home with no initial vehicle review or set up assistance. More
