So when I expanded my search criteria to adding additional mileage and I stumbled across Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Not only did they have exactly what we were looking for but the pricing was exactly what we wanted. However, before even making the drive I spoke with Tong Champ on the phone and made sure they would take my car (financed) as a trade-in. Champ explained to me how the process would work and asked when I would be available to come in. We scheduled to meet on Saturday and honestly the process went amazing. Champ definitely went above and beyond to help meet our needs. Also, Jose Cardoso was a great help too and super nice! After being treated rudely, and unprofessionally by the Salesman Jack Mikaelien, I asked to speak with a Manager. Ernie came over, I informed him that I no longer was comfortable working Jack, and explaine Salesman Jack Mikaelien, I asked to speak with a Manager. Ernie came over, I informed him that I no longer was comfortable working Jack, and explained why. Ernie wrote down a few numbers based off the offer I showed him from TrueCar, and left. Jack returned and proceeded to work on my deal. I told Jack again, I did not work with him. He continued to be rude to me rolling his eyes, and speaking down to me. Ernie was buzzing around the dealership. I finally stopped him and told him I did not want to deal with Jack. We quickly discussed my trade in which he initially offered 8k for. I countered to 9k. He said he would be back. After waiting 30 minutes, I stopped Ernie again, and told him I had an event to be at, he said it wouldn't be much longer. I went outside to call my husband on the phone. 10 minutes later, Ernie comes outside and tells me he can only give me 7k for my trade, even less than the original offer. At that point, I thanked him for his time, and asked him for my keys, which by the way Jack the Salesman that I stated more than 5 times I wanted no further interaction with still had, and I had to get from him. When we reached the next dealership, we realized they kept our registration, we had to drive 45 minutes back to get it. This is no way to treat customers. When a customer states they feel mistreated and ask to no longer engage with a particular salesman, it should should be taken seriously, and addressed immediately. I will be contacting the Owner, my Credit Union, TrueCar, and posting a Yelp review. I came in with my own financing, this should have been an easy deal, yet it was the worst experience I've EVER had at a Dealership. Thankfully, I purchased the exact same car from another dealership the same day. I DO NOT recommend this dealership! More
