Did not check tire pressure or rotate my tires. Tire pressure did not change on back tires. I checked them before I dropped it off. Tong Champ and Jose Cardoso were AMAZING! I went in slightly blind, with this being the first car I’ve ever purchased, but they made everything so simple for me. I walked out with a completely different car than I walked into there wanting, but after talking with both Champ and Jose I was confident that this was the best choice for me, especially given my specific guidelines and work with me. At no point did I ever feel pressured into making a purchase or as if I was being taken advantage of being a first time car buyer with no experience. I would highly recommend both men to anyone I know looking to make a new car purchase. Such a great experience. The tea that was available while I waited was a plus as well. Poor understanding and knowledge of maintenance contract My 2019 Dodge Charger came with a purchased 2 year maintenance contract. I received two and was told I had none left. Carlos provided excellent customer service and made the visit right. The new car wash service they provided was poor. No vacuuming of interior and no drying of exterior. Not sure what is going to happen when I come in for my last oil change, tire rotation and car wash. More
