Great place to go get your car I bought my car from Audon and he was great. When we first came in we talked to a guy and he was rude, I really just wanted to leave however Audon ask I bought my car from Audon and he was great. They listened to me concerns, assured me that their transmission specialist will find and fix the problem. Even though it was the holiday season, a few days later they took out the trans, opened it up and saw several damaged internal parts. Replaced the bad parts, cleaned and reinstalled. Car runs perfectly! Very nice and knowledgeable service technicians! Won’t go anywhere else from now on! More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! ! ! This place attempts to cheat you every way they can. From carefully worded advertising of very low prices with small print about dealer add ons, and l This place attempts to cheat you every way they can. From carefully worded advertising of very low prices with small print about dealer add ons, and listing every possible manufacturer discount (disabled, employee, veteran, etc.) that almost no one could qualify for. Examples: 1) Dealer add on of security system (which all the vehicles already have) which is actually a security system for the dealership while the car is on the lot. It cost them $50. They try to get you to pay $995! Nitrogen in the tires at $995 which should be $90 at best. 2) Agree to a price and they write it on a piece of paper in very large print with + tax, license and ADA. I asked what the ADA was and they said it was the full price of the dealer add on! We had already agreed to a price for those which was supposed to be included in the large number at the top! 3) Selling a pre-paid maintenance plan for $695 which covers $180 worth of service! Stay away. They are the worst car dealer and that's saying a lot. More

I came into your dealership on a Thursday approx. 3 pm and talked to Steve Santoyo. Has very nice and accommodating. He went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted in Visalia, CA. He said he would drive up to that dealership and get the vehicle and drive it back. Again, I appreciate his extra work. I left your dealership about 6:30 pm that evening. I asked Steve for a business card he didn't have any. Came back about 3 pm the following day to sign final paper work and give him a check. I guess it was my misunderstanding but I have to come up with another $7,000.00 which I did. I told Steve this was a surprise for my wife and a Christmas gift. I also asked Steve if I could have a licensee plate transferred to my new vehicle and he said no it is not possible. I also told Steve I needed to get back to my wife because she is disable. He said he understood. He also said he would have the new vehicle washed, gassed up and temp. license plates put on. Left your deanship about 6:15 pm. That makes almost 6 1/2 hours. Upon signing the final paperwork I was asked about the extended warranty. I told the sales manager I did not get a very big discount of the vehicle he said he had heard I did not. After signing the paper work I had to remind Steve about the car wash which he took care of. Afterwards I had to remind him about putting gas in the vehicle which he did. Afterwards I had to remind him about the temp. license putting on the vehicle which he did. The next day I met with Jesus Santoyo to have my wife sign paperwork. Jesus was very helpful on going over the new vehicle and programing our phones. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and said it we have any question please call him. I called two other dealers after the first meeting and asked them about keeping my old license plates and they both of course I could keep them, no problem at all. I gave the $27,000.00 check on our second meeting and told them to hold the check until the following Wednesday which would be the 18th of December. Today is the 25th of December and the check is still not cashed. I've call your dealership and asked them very nicely to please cash the check. Still not cashed. I think that 6 1/2 hours to buy a vehicle to too long. That is not counting the 45 minutes it took for my wife to sign the paperwork. More
