Surprise surprise! Hemet CA is kinda a xxxxhole, but passing through the area we found ourselves with a minor Jeep issue and only a day left on our warranty. The Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership has a easy to navigate web site and I was able to make an appointment the same day. When I arrived I initially went to the wrong location because the service department had not moved into the new big shinny obvious Jeep Dealership yet. The old building was not far and an employee happily pointed it out. Once at the right location I noted the employees all seemed to be heavily tatted up, some wearing beanies inside, looking rough and tough and kinda thuggish. It was awesome, everyone I spoke to was so polite, professional and personable. This is a shop full of real people and they actual seem to enjoy their work. The service advisor Jessica was such a nice lady, she arranged for the service Foreman to conduct a test drive with me to diagnose the problem. He was great, quickly observed the same issue I noted (a really annoying rattle at the sunroof). My appointment was at 230pm and they stated they would need to keep our Jeep till the next day. They provided a shuttle ride home and what really blew me away was the next day when our Jeep was finished, they came and picked me up! Both shuttle drivers were personable and friendly and I didn’t feel like I was going to die during the ride by their driving behavior. Overall this was a great service experience and if I have a need to use Hemet Jeep Service, I would do so without hesitation! More

The communication I received prior to arriving from the team was very refreshing as a customer, right down to asking my my preferred method of communication. The one part of our experience that I was disappointed in was not being informed that there were dealer installed options on the vehicle until we arrived and finished the test drive. As a customer when receiving a quote for a specific vehicle it would have been nice to know the price would be almost $4,000 higher than the quote. Between the asking price and some negotiating with Ernie we settled on a price and away we went in our new Gladiator. More
