The communication I received prior to arriving from the team was very refreshing as a customer, right down to asking my my preferred method of communication. The one part of our experience that I was disappointed in was not being informed that there were dealer installed options on the vehicle until we arrived and finished the test drive. As a customer when receiving a quote for a specific vehicle it would have been nice to know the price would be almost $4,000 higher than the quote. Between the asking price and some negotiating with Ernie we settled on a price and away we went in our new Gladiator. More
