However, upon arriving for the appointment set up by the dealership upon purchase of a Jeep, my wife was initially told they would not be able to do the service, because of miscommunication between sales and service. My wife was told I may have to come back and reschedule for another day. Eventually, the issue was worked out with Diego in service, and completed at the time initially agreed upon during the vehicle purchase. Issue was not actually with service, it was with whoever made the appointment and didn't coordinate with service. More
