Sold me a truck with a defective Uconnect system. Stopped w Uconnect system stopped working immediately as I drove it off of the lot. The local dealer Tuttle-Click in Irvine won't fix it. Worst Experience of my life. Three months after we made our purchase and 4 return visits to the dealer along with about 20 emails we experienced this: we finally got confirmation Three months after we made our purchase and 4 return visits to the dealer along with about 20 emails we experienced this: we finally got confirmation of our maintenance contract because we would never have our vehicle service there, we still had not received our license plates and our temporary was expired for over three weeks when we made another trip to the dealer to sign a new DMV form. The DMV lady told us that our license plates must have gotten lost but we could go to Auto Club and get new ones because it would be faster than waiting for a new set from DMV. We went to AAA and they showed us that the dealer registered our car to the dealership with their address and our original plates were delivered to the dealer back in July!!! The dealer had NO CLUE!!! The level of incompetance at this dealer is astonishing. Don't ever do business with them. More
