Difficult to Talk to Service I had some work done there recently and really loved the service and the service writer JT. I had follow up work to do and parts called while I was on I had some work done there recently and really loved the service and the service writer JT. I had follow up work to do and parts called while I was on vacation to let me know parts were in, great. I explained I was on vacation and would call JT upon my return. I called on August 19th to speak with JT but was sent to voice, voice was full. Wednesday I called again but avoided calling service and selected the operator so I wouldn't end up on voice mail again and a very pleasant operator spoke with me and said she would leave JT my call back number and he would call me Thursday morning, I never received a call. Today I called the and selected service and the service operator, Ashley, answered so I said I needed to talk to JT and she responded that he wasn't available and she asked what is this regarding and I said follow up service work and that I had already called and let messages but no call back. She pushed to know what rather than accommodate me by simply forwarding the information to JT. Ashley was not very pleasant on the phone by then and had attitude apparently because I didn't want to discuss it with her, I needed to speak with JT because he helped me and was aware of the issues. I didn't like her tone with me, very poor customer service and I told her that. In frustration I said why is that so difficult to understand, let me give you my number and she said she trying to help and then hung up on me, I am super furious at this point and would like some type of follow up. I bought my car there even though the dealership is 45 min away because I have always had awesome service in purchasing or service until now, please help. More
Got back my Jeep with more problems I brought my Jeep in to this dealer and spoke with Leo and told him about my my front blinker lumen being broken. Thankful but disappointed We drove to the hemet dealer ship because of a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee that was listed for around 18,000 but to find out that wasn’t the right price th We drove to the hemet dealer ship because of a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee that was listed for around 18,000 but to find out that wasn’t the right price that was after all these rebates so to say that unfortunately it started off with that I guess tactics to get people in the door? No cool. Brandy helped us find used vehicles in our price range which was extremely helpful because at other dealerships they just pushed the new cars and I couldn’t afford that. So that was very helpful! She showed us the Jeep Compass which was a 2018 low mileage and great price we test drove it and talked numbers. I forgot his name Ernie? He ran numbers for us and maybe it’s the car dealership way but when someone says they want to pay x amount of money per month don’t show numbers unless you get it around that and not play games. He eventually worked the numbers and got the perfect monthly payment for me. We go in sign papers, we get upgraded to new warranty sign every paper. My fault for not reading things over completely, it was 1130 pm and we were exhausted. We were told oh our compass comes with security systems it comes with paint and stain warranty for three years it comes with this it comes with that to find out nope I just paid for all those upgrades and was completely lied too. I was very shocked to see how much I paid for my Jeep when I didn’t need all those extras when I thought they already came with it. Very disappointed with the way they handled that situation. Don’t trick people thinking they get something to benefit you and your pocket. Especially when I see what my monthly payment could be which was way lower than what I was hoping for in a car to what I am actually paying for for something they told me it came with the car implying I was getting it for the original price I was told. Next time don’t trick people into upgrades because maybe if you sold it to me and told me the benefits of having it and been a sales man I would consider upgrading it but instead you just throw them in without me agreeing to the upgrades is so wrong. I am very disappointed. I just have to say thank you to brandy for finding the right car for me and helping us out. Unfortunately I can’t say thank you to anyone else. More

The transmission was replaced under warranty, and other items of concern were brought to our attention and repaired. ( I think). However, EVERY TIME our vehicle is returned, the clean airbox is improperly installed. Which leaves the engine, taking in unfiltered air, and could cause engine failure. This time I didnt check until almost 3 weeks. After noticing my car sounding different, I checked, and sure enough airbox improperly installed. If my engine fails, I would expect that Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep would replace it, free of charge. *And how is it that the car wash is still not working? Felice Hill More
