Good experience at first. Happy to see that it wasn’t a dealership full of testosterone. Payment dropped once corrected and removed. Also didn’t do very good job cleaning out since old owner still had items in glovebox with their name and address and then they didn’t provide front plate holder or license plate which didn’t notice until today since we were excited to get out of there it slipped our mind. Still happy we found truck we wanted color and all features but still not too thrilled with other items. The girl that helped when we signed docs was sweet. More

Made an appointment, they couldn’t see my truck for 13 days because of how busy they were, they called me before appointment to verify I was still coming, I showed up for the appointment, they called a co days because of how busy they were, they called me before appointment to verify I was still coming, I showed up for the appointment, they called a couple of days later to let me know they hadn’t forgot about me, I called next day and truck was done, picked up truck next day due to traffic, truck was ready when I picked it up. Everyone in the service department was very nice to me. I live 70 miles from CDJR Hemet dealership and would return again if I need service. There were closer Ram dealerships to my home but there customers reviews are terrible. Quality work is more important than convince to me. More
