I have purchased several hundred thousand dollars worth of vehicles from this dealership, and I feel scammed. I purchased a service contract from this dealership and they told me that all of my maintenance of vehicles from this dealership, and I feel scammed. I purchased a service contract from this dealership and they told me that all of my maintenance costs would be covered for my 2020 Ram 2500 diesel. I spent over $900 on this package to not have to worry about paying for my maintenance for the first few years. Turns out, it doesn’t cover fuel filters on the diesel trucks. They wanted $350 to change both fuel filters out. The finance manager when I bought the vehicle assured me that ALL maintenance related costs would be covered for the first few years of the truck. Turns out I really paid $900 for something that should have cost me $350 tops. I will never go back, and will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Brought the vehicle in for a simple warranty job. Part was ordered and took over 2 months to get in. Part comes in, and the part is "lost" (installed on another vehicle). Nobody was concerned at all. Poor communication on every aspect. If that isn't bad enough, the $50,000 markup on vehicles is even worse. I know FCA is currently investigating dealerships doing this, so who knows when they will show up and shut it down. More
