Service writer was good the scheduler didn't schedule all the work needed They didn't wash the truck,truck, the plastic seat cover and floor mat.Mechanic marked that he checked tire pressure but when all the work needed They didn't wash the truck,truck, the plastic seat cover and floor mat.Mechanic marked that he checked tire pressure but when I got in to the truck the display showed 10 psi difference between the left and right sides They also claimed they checked the AC pressure. But under the hood nothing looked touched. So I doubt they did anything as it still works the same. The other 2 items were recalls as gain not sure if they were realy done. More

The receptionist and the sales person that showed us our vehicle was awesome and very professional and friendly. That being said every other person at this dealership has a horrible attitude and literally gives you dirty looks the entire time and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Even the owner and the floor manager literally the silent treatment and dirty looks the entire time! It was super awkward. I’m happy with the car I got but would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Again I do really like the sales person I felt like he was very good at not making me feel pressured as well as being super knowledgeable. It sucks that everyone else that works there seems to be so terrible. One particular person that was trying to offer me some sort of warranty was incredibly aggressive and weird and almost made me feel like it was a scam. she literally stormed off in a huff when I said I didn’t want the warranty. It definitely rubbed me the wrong way. The only reason I gave two stars was for the two nice people that work there the receptionist and the sales person that helped me. More
