When I called the dealership I spoke with someone who swore up and down that the vehicle I was asking about was ON THE LOT. I told her I would be there within 30 minutes to look at it and take it for a t swore up and down that the vehicle I was asking about was ON THE LOT. I told her I would be there within 30 minutes to look at it and take it for a test drive. I was coming from far away but decided to believe her. Unfortunately as soon as I got there I was told it "Just sold" at another dealership that they share vehicles with. I'm sorry, WHAT?! So when I call to make sure its at the place I'm headed to you just lie and say yes to get me there? Then on top of that they didn't even have any others on the lot or nearby so I couldn't even look at it or sit in one that was similar. This happens far too often and I will NEVER use a dealership that allows/encourages their team to lie to potential customers. Because of the outright lie (car that I was asking about is STILL being advertised as AT HEMET), they lost a sale. I decided to buy from another dealership. One who was honest and valued my time and didn't BS me. I'll never recommend going there to anyone and will forever tell people NOT to go to HEMET CDJR. Can't trust any of them. More
