I saw a 2022 gladiator on their site marked down 3500 plus 2500 in rebates. I drove 80 miles up to look at it. While driving the sales person reiterates no mark ups and that in fact they mark vehicles do plus 2500 in rebates. I drove 80 miles up to look at it. I get the numbers and the sales manager says read fine print, 5k mark up over MSRP (8500 over internet advertised price), no rebates and dealer add one as well, about 4k worth. Horrendous service, I ended up buying down the rd from DCH chrysler dodge jeep and they were all too happy to help another person that Hemet cdjr treated poorly. More

Car poorly explained without the opportunity to complete a Due Bill which we seem to have signed off on electronically without its being called out to us and before we laid eyes on the car after it had been cleaned up of all the dirt from the parking lot. After spending the day from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM by the time we got out of there, the car's Navigation system never did work and the radio stopped working half-way home (approx 60 miles away). They were unable to pair the radio to my phone and blamed it on the phone. Neither the salesman nor anybody else followed up afterward to see if we were pleased or not. We are to date unclear about what equipment is installed in the new 2021 Pacifica Touring L. Dealer did not install front license plate. I have to drill holes through the expensive paint? What is the approximately 6-inch round hole with a clear lens for in the middle of the grill? Nothing in the user's manual nor did anybody at Hemet mention it. Can another dealer explain to us how to operate the automobile? We don't know. The individual who was supposed to show us how all of that works was eager to go home and covered nothing beyond the radio which did not work. The garage door opener does not work. Rather than drive all the way from Oceanside, CA back to Hemet we'll have to hope the dealer in Temecula will help us. We will not be recommending ANY dealership in Hemet to friends or relatives after this very unpleasant experience. More
