I took my vehicle in for the V62 recall. I was told that and uber would give me a ride home, they never came. The technician used a zip-tie to tie down a metal bracket instead of using a bolt. It's very disappointing that a dealership service department would do this sort of thing. When I got to the dealership to pickup my vehicle, there was 3 service representatives and they all continued with their conversations as I was standing there waiting to be helped. At no point did they ask, How may I help you? Unfortunately good service is hard to find now days, unless you are in the market for buying a new car then they all want to help you. More
