Worst experience in your parts department had to cancel my previously paid for order after waiting three weeks. I ordered some special order parts and was made to pre pay. That was fine the problem is when my previously paid for order after waiting three weeks. I ordered some special order parts and was made to pre pay. That was fine the problem is when I asked the parts guy to verify the part number he wouldn’t and also added that since it was a special order plus electric item I wouldn’t be able to get a refund or return parts. I didn’t feel comfortable with that but I decided to give you guys the benefit of doubt. I called a few days ago to very parts were in and they were, I stoped by to pick up the parts and the guy wouldn’t give them to me because I didn’t have the original invoice. I didn’t bring it with me since I assumed my purchase order would be saved. Then who I presume to be his manager came out and told me there was no order placed and that the parts I ordered were always stocked. What a lie!!! That’s why I had to pay up front, he said they had no record of my order and that I couldn’t take my parts which were in his hands. I told him I would drive 40 minutes home to pick up my invoice and would cancel my order. I brought my invoice in with the pre paid items and will make my future purchases somewhere else. I am modifying my truck and was looking to spend about $3000 dollars in parts guess that’s your loss. More
