I arrived for my appt & waited outside for someone to come out for about 10 min. Several service employees saw me, & didn't not offer assistance. I went inside two separate times after that to check in & come out for about 10 min. Several service employees saw me, & didn't not offer assistance. I went inside two separate times after that to check in & to ask if someone could help me for my oil change appt. I was borderline rudely "helped" by being told someone will come out when they can. When the gentleman (that I've already spoken to twice in the office) came outside to the line I was first in....he walked straight passed me to the man that had been waiting BEHIND me for less time & that never came in. When I asked why I was passed, he said "oh I walked right past you didn't I?" I said yes and followed the two men in. He CONTINUED to check in that man for his unscheduled oil change and told me I needed to wait for him to finish with him now. Unbelievable. I was patient, polite, and was there for 2 hours, for an oil change. No apology was offered and not one of the male service employees was professional or helpful to me. The woman that rang me up was the best of them all, I was treated like a real person/valued customer. This was the worst service I have ever seen, total crap show in the service dept where no one wants to deal with the customers waiting there standing. More
