Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Was told it would be 2 weeks to get my Jeep in to fix the recall. It was almost 2 months. Then once it was dropped off was told the part was in and would be done the following week. Dropped off on a Friday. recall. It was almost 2 months. Then once it was dropped off was told the part was in and would be done the following week. Dropped off on a Friday. I called the following Saturday to get an update and was told that the engine had just arrived and that the mechanic was starting it that day. It was then completed the following Tuesday, I was not called to be informed that it was completed. Now that the engine recall is fixed I’m having more issues that I did NOT have prior to taking it in. More
