Poor customer service. Sad to write this. Jeep owner for years, and serviced at Jeep dealerships. Goodness. Basic oil change and a diagnostic for AC issue. Took almost 2 days to get a contact call back abou years, and serviced at Jeep dealerships. Goodness. Basic oil change and a diagnostic for AC issue. Took almost 2 days to get a contact call back about the problem and cost for repair. Drove all the way to dealership, with a voicemail message my Jeep was “ready”. Ugh. With just an oil change, and a vague idea of the AC problem; and uncertain on the cost of repair, and uncertain if the fluids, parts were in-stock or needed to be ordered that would take “2-3” days, more. Unclear, and inattentive service provided, that is very unfortunate. Too bad for this dealership. And this customer that waited a week for this appointment, and continued to wait, throughout the service needed. Lost a sale, and a customer. We were also considering a new tire purchase, long with the AC repair quoted at $1000, and a part with labor at $192.22, along with the two tires. Hopefully our oil change is good. But it receipt documents no detailed work, no fluid check, and without any details which leads me to believe it’s simply letting old oil drain, and putting new oil in. BIG disappointment. #brownwomansportsthisJeep #yesIdo More
Took good care of us. Had a few issues come up, but they made everything right. Wouldn't hesitate to return for our service needs. made everything right. Wouldn't hesitate to return for our service needs. More
Service was good but I think $300 is an excessive amount to charge for replacing a door handle. I wouldnt have had it done except that it was a safety issue. to charge for replacing a door handle. I wouldnt have had it done except that it was a safety issue. More
I didn’t get the idea that there was a waiting area if I were to stay and wait for service. Service estimated 2 hr and I started calling to see if vehicle was done. I asked if they check all fluids when oil were to stay and wait for service. Service estimated 2 hr and I started calling to see if vehicle was done. I asked if they check all fluids when oil change was performed. They implied yes but didn’t check radiator still low. Tires had only 20 lbs?? I also replaced air filter. I kept calling phones, one sales and one for all extensions, no one every came to phone auto answered and placed on hold listening to music? Waited last time 10 mins.?? On way there, received call saying car was ready. On the good side, the person coordinating customers and technical person writing up work order was polite and helpful. Phone answer procedure needs help. More

False advertisement and many hidden fees/equipment that are not included in the Hemet Dodge website. The truck 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon was listed at $55k online and I get to the dealership they are not included in the Hemet Dodge website. The truck 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon was listed at $55k online and I get to the dealership they tell me the price is actually $67k not including taxes/registration. That’s a big difference and I definitely was not and did not pay that. If I would have known about all these hidden fees I would not have drove over an hour to Hemet when I could’ve went to any other Dodge Dealership near my home. Hemet is in the middle of nowhere and far off the freeway. My salesman was Raymundo Esteban. He was cool overall and was just doing what he was being told by his manager Jesus Santoyo. During negotiations, my salesman went back and forth to speak with his manager Jesus about 30 times. The manger never came to speak with me to get the deal done and just sat behind the desk in the office with other managers. I have bought a few vehicles and the manager always comes out to get the deal done. The manager didn’t seem very interested in making the dealership money. No wonder why so man trucks are on the lot. I’m not driving all the way to Hemet to just look at trucks. I have money, good credit, and was ready to buy. The manger was holding up the deal and almost had me walk to buy else where. After about three hours of negotiations it all finally worked itself out. The biggest issue was right after they run my credit and I agree on the terms my salesman tells me the truck had a previous owner and had 800 miles on it. He had to tell me that by law he says verbatim. I was told initially by my salesman this Dodge truck had a lower price because of a special promotion and the real reason was because it’s USED! The truck was listed as “NEW” online and it was not. During the inspection, the Dodge didn’t notice any damage to the truck. I noticed the front bumper had minor T/C (traffic collision) damage and three of the rims were damaged. They agreed to fix it instead of lowering the price. I also noticed pieces to the tow winch were missing and was given a new ones. I got everything in writing, signed by the manager, and they provided me a copy of the form. After reaching out to my salesman a few times about repairing my truck, he got me in touch with Kassandra in the service department. She set me up with a service appointment and I dropped off the truck for the day. The damage on my wheels was repaired and my bumper was replaced. Kassandra and the service department were great. The sales department needs a lot of improvement. I get the dealership has to make money but the buying process was ridiculous. More
