There is a complete lack of communication, the ball got dropped on my vehicle multipole times and only excuses were made. if I wanted to find out what was happening with my vehicle I would have to call to dropped on my vehicle multipole times and only excuses were made. if I wanted to find out what was happening with my vehicle I would have to call to follow up. I was told my vehicle would be ready Monday, Tuesday at the latest…. Thursday I had to call to find out what was happening, only to be told that no information could be given, this did not sit well with me as i was supposed to have my vehicle 3 days prior, after some talking I was able to speak to Tim the manager who filled me on the details of my vehicle. A full week and a day later my vehicle was ready, there were safety recalls that were not performed by the dealership when I purchased the vehicle. after Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had my vehicle for 23 days, I receive my vehicle and now my rear doors are unable to opened from the inside of the vehicle. I will not be going back to this dealership for service, or for any future purchase. I am in complete shock at the total lack of care, and attention that is paid to the customer. The fact that I would have to call multipole times to find out if my vehicle is going to be ready on the days that they stated only to be told that a new road block had been hit, and it would be longer. Valentino my service manager who was in charge of my vehicle deserves one star he failed to return multiple phone calls, he did try to save face when I was picking up my vehicle and telling me of an incoming survey and tried to blame everyone else for the failed communication and how everyone is in a different department and messages get dropped. More

I had a very easy going , no hassle experience with the dealership, very Courteous in all ways , and at the end of my purchase Hailey helped me by going over the car’s info, and showing me all the details, dealership, very Courteous in all ways , and at the end of my purchase Hailey helped me by going over the car’s info, and showing me all the details, she was excellent, actually she made my day 100 percent.
