Service advisors are incapable of customer service and talk down to customers. No transparency or curtacy in calling customer to notify them on whats going on with there cars. Service Advisors were courteous and helpful. I was contacted in a timely manner about tech’s additional findings. Vehicle was ready as promised (same day) and I was called to be so notified. Where do I start? By far one of the worst experiences I’ve EVER had with a dealership. There is no communication between the sales department and the consumer. Especially for a newer buyer. They had my current car for over two weeks and had the car “detailed” a day before I picked up and the car is absolutely disgusting. Gunk and fluid all over the interior dust all over the place oh and not to mention the dead bug just sitting on my center of my dash. Who washed the car? Stevie wonder? Oily substances all over the fenders and front grill. Water spots all over the car. Obviously I know I’m buying a used car but come on what made me more mad than anything was how there is no communication and how poor in quality the car was when I picked it up. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. General manager was such a huge help and great person to talk to and the people at the front desk were super helpful and funny not to mention made me feel like I was a long term friend. Overall expirence is that the car wasn’t even inspected xxxxty detail job on my car, might’ve well spit on it and used a rag and it would look ten times better. And like I said absolutely impossible to get a hold of the sales team or services. Extremely upset over all of this. I’m sure others have had much better experiences but mine was terrible. More
