Everyone I met went out of there way to help me. I had stopped by to find out about a recall on my Jeep Renegade, no appointment, and they went out if their way to check out the situation. My customer service was great. Valentino went above and beyond to try and make my visit incredible. Unfortunately, Dodge is horrible and can’t keep products for their vehicles in stock. So my Car sat at beyond to try and make my visit incredible. Unfortunately, Dodge is horrible and can’t keep products for their vehicles in stock. So my Car sat at the service department for a MONTH waiting on a part to be delivered. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Dodge is lucky I didn’t have this experience before my father purchased his Super Stock and spent over $100,000 with Dodge. Or I wouldn’t have convinced him to purchase a Challenger. I would have suggested anything other than your horrible products you can’t even carry parts for. More
