The parts were installed perfectly. I got poor service from CUSTOMER SERVICE. I already spoke with the dealership about it.. oh there were two Shirley young women in customer service that I actually didn’ from CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of them actually lied to me and told me the work was almost done and it hasn’t even been started. I waited about three hours before work was started, and I was told when we scheduled disappointment that would take about an hour. In the end, that’s all the time that it took. One hour. After I left the dealership, I called in and spoke with someone in customer service who then had another person call me back. I did not get his name but he did listen to me and said he would talk to the two women. What are the women had long blonde hair, I did not get her name. The other has long black hair and has tattoos on her right arm that had a woman’s face among other things. I didn’t get her name either. I wish I had. I do feel that the person who called me took the appropriate action. I told him that I felt that these two women did not actually understand what good customer service is and they certainly didn’t care to address my needs or concerns. I could never get an answer to my question, when will my car be ready. They were always trying to brush me off and make me go away. I also mentioned to the man who called me back that about three weeks ago or so, I tried to buy A new Durango from your dealership. And I had a really nice sales person I worked with over the phone, but in the end, he told me he could not find a car that I wanted. I had to have all wheel drive. So I went to Tuttle-Click in orange county, and they didn’t have the car either but they contacted the dealership they did have it and they had it brought in for me. It took them about 48 hours to get the car and I bought it. I spent about $60,000 on the car, more than I wanted. LOL they could only find a sport version, but I really wanted the car so I got it.
