Took my Dodge Challenger in to get the radio fixed (screen goes to black while on) and the roof rails replaced (the paint was peeling). When picking up my car the 1st time radio was changed and the ra (screen goes to black while on) and the roof rails replaced (the paint was peeling). When picking up my car the 1st time radio was changed and the rails were replaced but my car was now scratched on both side doors and the roof rail on the left side wasn’t installed correctly. Left my car so they could correct the errors. Now picking up my car the 2nd time, scratches looked gone only because the car was given to me in the shade, scratches still on car then about 2 days later the radio screen went to blue this time and showed rear review camera while I was in drive mood. Took it back asked for the supervisor Tim to help get this fix. Told me he had a good electrician to finally take care of this radio issue. Pick up my car for the 3rd time!! Scratches finally gone, but a week later the left end of the roof rail is starting to unglue! And now a couple of days later the radio started going to a black screen again while it’s on. This horrible I don’t even want to take it back in fear that a careless worker will scratch it up again or wasting my time in not able to get the radio fixed. Dodge/Chrysler, this is pathetic having customers having to go through situations like this!! More
